SMS Messaging Terms of Use

Program Description

Beasley Law Group, PLLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate with clients regarding their legal matters. Messages may include case updates, appointment and court date reminders, requests for documents or information, billing notices, and other communications related to your representation.

Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Beasley Law Group, PLLC at the number you provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of retaining the Firm or receiving legal services. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your case activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though the actual number will depend on the status and needs of your matter.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are billed by your mobile carrier under your existing phone plan. Beasley Law Group, PLLC does not charge a separate fee for text messages.

Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

After you reply STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent to your number unless you opt back in. Opting out of text messages will not affect your representation; the Firm will continue to communicate with you by phone, mail, or email.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and is outside the control of Beasley Law Group, PLLC.

While the Firm takes reasonable steps to protect client communications, you should be aware that text messages may be visible to others with access to your device. Please do not send highly sensitive information by text; contact our office by phone if you need to discuss confidential details of your matter.

Changes to These Terms

Beasley Law Group, PLLC may update these SMS Terms of Use from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this website with its effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
